Prior to founding The Rhodes Group, Andrew was as an executive consultant at Peterson Worldwide (later acquired by Navigant Consulting) and a structural design engineer with HDR, a Top 20 engineering firm.   His experience includes structural steel and concrete design, field engineering, construction schedule development, schedule updating, schedule delay and impact analysis and construction damage analysis.

Andrew graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and finished first in his class while obtaining a Masters of Science degree in Structural Engineering, also from Lehigh.  He is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), and is also a published author in the Project Management Institute’s College of Scheduling periodical.

Andrew is a recipient of the Pittsburgh Business Times Diamond Award, which honors the region’s top CEOs.  He was also recognized as one of Pittsburgh Magazine’s “40 under 40” for his commitment to shaping the Pittsburgh region.
