Chris Sammon is a Project Executive with The Rhodes Group. His expertise includes the analysis of productivity issues, evaluation of differing site conditions, calculation of construction damages, and the preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustment. He has provided deposition testimony as both a fact and expert witness for arbitration proceedings.
As Project Executive Chris oversees and manages the analysis of construction-related claims on a wide range of projects. He has over twelve years of experience in the construction industry and is skilled in the evaluation and substantiation of additional costs related to:
- differing site conditions
- defective specifications
- productivity issues
Prior to joining The Rhodes Group, Chris was a Project Manager for Malcolm Drilling, one of the largest deep foundations contractors in the United States. At Malcolm Drilling Chris began his career as a field engineer, working on active construction sites. He has led every phase of the construction process from sales and estimating, planning, execution, change management and project closeout. His experience includes the preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustments and the negotiation of dispute settlements.
Chris has worked on multi-million dollar commercial and infrastructure projects and was responsible for the management of contract values exceeding $60 million. His experience includes managing the deep foundation, earth retention, ground improvement and excavation scopes on several nationally recognized projects.
