Prior to joining Rhodes, Jeff worked as an attorney and as a process engineer.  Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paper Science & Engineering from Miami University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jeff is a Certified Professional (CCP), a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
