Michael also leads the CPM Scheduling department.  He is skilled in the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules.   Michael has developed and maintained CPM schedules on numerous multi-million dollar projects.  He has experience consulting on multi-prime projects and is familiar with the unique challenges and issues these types of projects present.   Michael’s CPM scheduling expertise also includes cost and resource loaded schedules.

Michael’s prior experience includes work as a Project Engineer with Bayer Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA and Baytown, TX, and as a Plant Engineer with Tonawanda Coke Corporation.

Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.  He is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
