Ivonne Beltran Parks specializes in the analysis and quantification of construction-related damages.  She draws on her accounting experience to conduct complex cost analyses for use in the identification of issues and the quantification of related damages.  Ivonne’s experience includes the quantification of damages associated with:

Ivonne is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and a member of the Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering International.   She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Duquesne University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Point Park University.  Ivonne is fluent in Spanish.
