Joe Seasoltz is a member of The Rhodes Group’s construction consulting team.  Joe joined The Rhodes Group after nearly a decade of working in the legal industry.  Most recently, Joe was a Senior Paralegal in the construction and commercial litigation practice group at one of Pennsylvania’s largest law firms.  Joe’s experience includes assisting attorneys and clients in the analysis of warranty claims involving the design and installation of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems at coal fired power plants and the installation of a natural gas pipeline.  He has also assisted in the analysis of performance warranty claims involving the design and installation of a solids reduction system installed at municipal wastewater treatment facilities throughout the United States.

As a project consultant, Joe draws on his extensive experience researching and analyzing documentation to identify key issues in the preparation and defense of construction schedule and delay claims.   He is experienced in document management and is skilled in the use of Summation and Relativity.

Joe graduated from Pennsylvania State University, Altoona with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and holds an ABA accredited Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University’s Paralegal Institute.  Prior to joining The Rhodes Group, Joe worked as a Senior Paralegal at Pepper Hamilton, LLP, as a Supervising Trial Paralegal at Dinsmore & Shohl, and as a litigation assistant at Thorp Reed & Armstrong.
