As a project consultant, Sean assists in the analysis of schedule delays and disruptions and the calculation of construction damages. He is skilled in the use of Relativity and Summation, as well as Primavera P6 and Microsoft project scheduling software.

Sean has assisted in the analysis of construction claims related to complex industrial projects, including onshore and offshore oil and gas projects, major infrastructure projects, commercial buildings and LNG facilities.

In addition to claims, Sean has assisted in performing labor audits as well as productivity analysis, both during and post construction. He has also assisted on scopes of work associated with our Project Alignment Services on projects during the course of construction.

Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Thiel College.
