Michael Birmingham is a Director of The Rhodes Group. He has directed and conducted the analysis of schedule delay and disruption and termination claims on hundreds of projects. He has testified to schedule delays, disruptions, and construction damages at trial and in various arbitration forums including AAA and ICC Arbitrations. Michael specializes in:

Michael also leads the CPM Scheduling department. He is skilled in the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules. Michael has developed and maintained CPM schedules on numerous multi-million dollar projects. He has experience consulting on multi-prime projects and is familiar with the unique challenges and issues these types of projects present. Michael’s CPM scheduling expertise also includes cost and resource loaded schedules.
Michael’s prior experience includes work as a Project Engineer with Bayer Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA and Baytown, TX, and as a Plant Engineer with Tonawanda Coke Corporation.
Michael graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
