Continuing Client Support During the COVID-19 Outbreak

As the outbreak of the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to impact communities around the world, please know that our priority is to protect the health and safety of our people, their families and the communities in which we all live and work, while delivering uninterrupted services at the high level of quality expected of The Rhodes Group.
Our senior management and preparedness team is meeting regularly to assess our plans and protocols as updated information becomes available from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state and local authorities.
In the event of full closures, our entire team is preparing to work remotely, accessing our existing network in a manner that protects the confidentiality and integrity of our client’s data. While our offices currently remain open and operating, much of our staff is already doing so.
Whether in the office or working remotely, we are available to meet the needs of our clients by phone and video conferencing. In an abundance of caution and to do our part to lessen the potential for community spread, we are suspending all non-critical business travel. We are confident in our ability to continue to provide exemplary service to our clients.
The spread of COVID-19 is creating unprecedented challenges not seen in our lifetimes. As we work together to face these challenges, please know that our thoughts are with all of you.
